In 2024, the AEpiA ECR representatives hosted a workshop titled Plan to Publish and Flourish, led by Prof. Amanda Salis. This workshop provided strategies to help researchers optimise their efficiency in publishing high-impact research papers, thereby enhancing their opportunities to thrive in academia. The session included a one-hour online workshop, with slides and a recording available to registrants for one year. Attended by ECRs and students across Australia and New Zealand, the workshop received overwhelmingly positive feedback.
