Dr Adele Woodhouse

Dr Adele Woodhouse is a Senior Lecturer and Research Group Leader at the Wicking Dementia Research and Education Centre at the University of Tasmania.

Adele obtained her PhD in Biomedical Research in 2008 (University of Tasmania), and then moved to Marseille, France to spend almost four years with Dr Jean-Marc Goaillard’s research group (INSERM UNIS1072), supported by an NHMRC overseas postdoctoral training fellowship.

Coming from a neuroscience background, Adele’s research focuses on the neuronal epigenome in healthy aging and neurodegenerative diseases.
